Returns by post

Please repackage the products including the return form within 14 days from receiving the goods. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage ensuring it is appropriately insured. Please ensure that the product returned is appropriately protected during transit as we cannot process refunds for damaged goods unless they were suitably protected when sending. If you have lost your return form, please email us on sales@nordlige.com to obtain a copy of the form.

Once we receive your returned goods we will process your refund within 14 days from receiving the goods.

Please send all returns and completed forms to the address provided with your order. If you have lost the returns form please email sales@nordlige.com for information.

We will refund the cost of the purchase but are unable to offer refunds for any delivery charges from us to you, or from you to us.
