DELIVERY INFORMATION

We would love to send your delivery by reindeer or huskys but we reckon you are probably used to of slightly faster timescales so we will try to be as informative on this page as we can.

Standard delivery within the UK will reach you within 2-4 working days. For deliveries outside the UK your garments will reach you within 5-15 working days depending on the postal conditions. All deliveries are sent via standard 1st class postal service offered by Royal Mail.

All deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £2.50.

We will strive to do our best to ensure your order reaches you in the timescales as above but cannot be responsible for any delays within the postal system or other unforeseen circumstances. We cannot refund any delivery charges should your order not reach you within the timescales given and any information regarding charges should be used as guidance only.

Any import duties or taxes for deliveries outside the UK will be your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.
